Property Video Pipeline

Automated video pipeline that turns static property photos into cinematic video tours with parallax effects and smooth transitions.

This project explores automated video generation for real estate. Instead of requiring a cameraman to walk through a property, the system takes high-quality static photos and enhances them with depth-based parallax (using MiDaS or generic depth maps) and smooth pan/zoom motion. The pipeline uses FFmpeg for frame composition and assembling the final MP4. The goal was to create a 'Director Mode' that mimics human camera movement-easing in and out of shots-rather than simple linear slides. It also includes an optional background music sync.
